Realindia is a pioneer in the computerisation of the inventory of private bus operators in India. Way back in 2002, we automated the ticketing process for Rathimeena Travels with a distributed model, where customers could book both onward and return tickets. With the cost of centralization both in terms of hosting and access being prohibitive, the system was designed with multiple databases in each location which talked to one another using SMS for return / anywhere to anywhere booking.

Realindia was the first online ticketing agent for bus operators, providing online booking services from 2004 onwards.

Today, Realindia is an end to end service provider in the private bus operator space, having capabilities with proven implementation record of

  • Setting up, operating and maintaining a full fledged bus booking system, along with attendant accounting and related tools.
  • Creating an online booking website for operators, and maintaing the same.
  • Integrating the booking engine to leading online distributors of bus tickets.
  • Setting up, operating and maintaining, a full fledged booking system for bus agents, along with attendant accounting and reporting tools.
